Would definitely stay here again. Positive: As per all the other reviews, location was great - close to the beach and city and for us, also a short trip on the motorway back to SW burbs to see my parents + supermarket/stores around the corner. Check-in was easy and Charlie was quick to respond to every question and ask, which was greatly appreciated. Was great space for a family with 2 young kids. Negative: As per other reviews, I would strongly advise against parking in the allocated spot at the back. Unless you drive a small sedan, don't worry about trying. Getting in is fine, getting out with the small turning circle and narrow gaps especially when all other cars are in their spaces, is impossible. After 2 days of stress and a few car scratches, we opted for just parking on the streets outside. Usually get a spot close by. Other small/minor complaints - toilet seat needs tightening and all kitchen utensils need sharpening (only saw the sharpener on the last day).

Positive: The property is in a quiet area and is in an excellent location for shops and public transport. There are frequent buses to the tram route into the city and also to Maroubra Beach, which is only a 10 minute bus ride away. Charlie is an excellent host. He responded almost immediately when we got in touch and quickly helped us sort out a few queries.
